PAINT GAL CANCELLATION POLICY
Your 25% deposit is refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment starts.
After 48 hours your appointment deposit becomes nonrefundable.
We can only adjust the start and end times of appointments at our sole discretion and have no guarantee that we can accommodate changing appointment times.
All Special sale appts are non-refundable but can be rescheduled. A credit will be issued to you.
If we have to cancel your makeup appointment due to illness/emergency, you are contacted immediately, your deposit is returned, and a list of qualified makeup artist replacements are sent to you.
PAINT GAL BOOKING POLICY
All services require a 25% deposit to book and hold your appointment. The deposit is applied towards the final balance.
If you are not able to pay online, please contact Paint Gal Studio and an invoice for the deposit will be sent to you.
Final payment for all services booked must be paid in full as soon as your makeup appointment is finished.
If you are not happy with your makeup, let the artist know before they leave your location.
On-location pricing covers locations within 10 miles (up to 20 miles round trip) of Downtown Chicago (60611)
A $50.00 travel fee will apply to locations 10 miles- 25 miles from Downtown Chicago(60611).
If you have any of the below symptoms, the artist(s) has the right to refuse service(s). If you have allergies or a non-contagious illness resulting in showing the below symptoms, please provide a doctor’s note at the appointment describing the allergy/illness symptoms, dated within 7 days of the appointment. Our artists will wash their hands upon arrival and between each client. All of our artists will wear masks and are instructed to stay home if they have a fever and/or any signs of illness.
Chills & Repeated Shaking/Shivering
Sore throat, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing
Sudden loss of taste and/or smell
Feeling weak or unusually fatigued
Muscle pains or aches
